Early Accomplishments

Before becoming a member of a choreography team, Emma studied in the school of Performing Art. 

Best Known For

In 2012, Emma was recognized as Young Choreographer of the Year. The same year together with Matt Luck she shot a short dancing movie under the title Dancing in the Dark

She is also known for participating in a movie by Justin Bieber called DANCE: The Movement. That time she was not only dancing, but also staged the performance. Besides, she toured with him in his Purpose tour. 

Currently, she is primarily busy with her dancing classes at Broadway Dance Center. Her classes are concentrated on contemporary choreography and she teaches how to dance emotionally and expand the body limits.

Emma Portner is a gay. She has been dating an actress Ellen Page since July 2017. In January 2018 the couple announced about their marriage. Their relationship got confirmed after they were spotted kissing after Ellen’s Emmy nomination. The two seem to enjoy each other and fight for women’s rights and equality.
