For close to a decade, Dimitri has attained the most recognition for producing the 2015 animation, The Little Prince. This movie was a huge success and earned him a César Award.

Dimitri is straight. For 6 years from 2010, he was married to the popular Russian model, Masha Novoselova. After their union broke apart, Dmitri gave love another try and started a committed relationship with the Monaco royalty, Charlotte Casiraghi. Creativity runs in Dimitri's genes as his both parents, Carole Bouquet and Jean-Pierre Rassam were very popular in the entertainment industry. Out of his immediate family, Dimitri also has cousins who are well-known actors (Thomas Langmann and late Julien Rassam). In 2011, there was an addition to his family as his then-wife gave birth to an adorable girl named Darya.
