Teddy experienced her initial exposure to fame when she was a contestant on the television show, In Search Of The Patridge Family. Soon enough, her musical career was launched as she released her album titled Underage Thinking. This became a huge success as it sold over 360,000 copies in the US alone and was ranked among the top 10 albums in the US.

Teddy has attained the most recognition of her career for being both the producer and writer for Shawn Mendes.
