Diahnne got her initial acting exposure in 1976 through the movie Taxi Driver. 

Best Known For

Though Diahnne had not featured in so many movies before putting an end to this area of her career, she was able to gain a bit of popularity through the 1983 movie, The King Of Comedy.

Diahnne is straight. She was married twice but unfortunately, both unions ended in a divorce. Her first husband is unknown but she got married to the award-winning actor and director Robert De Niro in 1976. This was the same year they both acted together in the movie Taxi Driver. 12 years later, they got divorced due to Robert's lifestyle and claims of infidelity. From the time of their divorce, they have both remained distant and maintain little or no communication whatsoever. 

Family

Diahnne has 2 children, one of whom is a product of her marriage to Robert. Robert and Diahnne named their son Raphael after the location of his birth. Diahnne's daughter Drena, whom she had with her first husband, followed her mother's career path and is currently a successful actress.

The musician Gregory Abbott, who is recognized for his hit single Shake You Down is Diahnne's cousin.
