Dan Starkey

Dan Starkey, known as Sontaran, Commander Strax, admitted that his own TARDIS would be cool.

The actor took part in plays when he was at school. He was good at acting but it took some time for him to understand whether it was his cup of tea or not.

“Acting on screen was always something I wanted to do, but the bread and butter stuff that kept me going was stage work, first at school and university, then professionally after my formal acting training.” - Shared Dan in the interview. He always hoped that working on TV would be a part of his life.

His first appearance on the screen was as Drifter in the film “Fix”.

Before that, Dan polished up his acting skills in TV series “Casualty”, which started in 1986. He stayed in the show up to 2014.

Took part in more than 10 films since 2004. Dan Starkey is active in social networks and has a personal website.

His main role is in the “Doctor Who”. He played Strax and some other Sontarans.

Another series with his appearance are “Wizards vs. Aliens” and “The Sarah Jane Adventures”.

We can hear his voice in some CD audio dramas. Among them are “Robophobia” and “The King of Sontar”.

Dan’s religion is unknown.
