Orson Welles was a prominent American actor, film director, and film producer who worked in cinematography, radio, and theatre. 

Early Accomplishments

After both of his parents died, Orson was raised by his grandma and was enrolled in Todd School where he fell in love with theatrical art. 

Having gotten some experience and practical skills, Orson moved to Ireland and took part in the performance Jew Suss. His talent immediately touched the audience. When he reached 19, he was a recognizable Broadway star and was known for his part in Romeo and Juliet performance playing Tybalt.

For his first screen appearance, Orson Welles got Best Actor Academy Award nomination. 

His most famous production is The War of the Worlds

Orson was straight. He was married three times and that resulted in three daughters. Besides, he was accused of occasional fornication and even having by-blows. With his last wife, Paola Mori, Welles lived till his dying days.

For all his life he respected religion and those who do not believe in God, but he never understood agnostics. Besides, there were even speculations about his connection to Catholicism. Earlier, his family belonged to Quaker and Puritan adherence. However, in one of his interviews, Orson Welles admitted that he tried to be Christian, but not a devoted one.
