His career began at the age of 20 with his first role in the television series 54. In 2003, he wrote and directed the film Highs and Lows. He also majored in filmmaking and theatre at New York University's Tisch School of Arts.

Justin is best known for his role as Doug Billings in The Hangover. He even became more popular after the release of 2 other sequels in 2011 and 2013 respectively.
