Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth is an Australian film actor, brother of Luke and Liam Hemsworth.

Chris was the first of three Hemsworth brothers who moved to LA in order to become an actor. 

Best Known For

Chris Hemsworth’s religion is not known, however, according to The Hollowverse, Chris found inspiration in Buddhism. In one of his interviews he admitted that his movie character Thor prompted him to read a book Siddhartha.

Chris is straight. He is married to Elsa Pataky – a Spanish actress who is 7 years older. In 2012, Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky welcomed their daughter India Rosa. Two years later, Chris and Elsa gave birth to twin boys - Tristan and Sasha. 

Worth to Know

Usually, men don’t like losing weight, but Chris took such a decision not just for pleasure. In 2015, always toned and muscled actor frightened his fans with his skinny look. Chris had to lose 33 lbs (14 kilos) for the sake of a role in In the Heart of the Sea.
