Ken Jeong is a Korean-American actor and comedian. 

Early Accomplishments

Ken got a medical degree at the University of North Carolina, but then decided to become a comedian. His TV debut happened in 1997. It was an episode of The Big Easy. The following year, he got a cameo role in the movie Black Jaq. The actor considers Knocked Up his movie debut. 

Best Known For

The actor’s most prominent roles are Leslie Chow in The Hangover and Ben Chang in Community. But he can also be seen in many other great projects, namely: Zookeeper, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Pain & Gain, Killing Hasselhoff, Crazy Rich Asians, Saving Zoë, Avengers: Endgame, and more.

Ken is straight. He has been married to Tran Ho since 2004. She is a family physician, and a breast cancer survivor. The couple has twin daughters named Zooey and Alexa who saw the light in 2007.

Ken won the Big Easy Laff-Off in 1995. 

Tran Ho was struggling with a rare form of breast cancer when Jeong was offered his role in The Hangover. He almost turned down the part.

Jeong was nominated for the 2010 Teen Choice Award for Male Breakout Star. However, he lost to Paul Wesley of The Vampire Diaries.

The actor joined NBA stars like Dwight Howard and Derrick Rose in a 2010 Adidas marketing campaign.

Ken decided to quit medicine the day when he finished filming Knocked Up.
