Elizabeth Berkley

Elizabeth Berkley is an American actress, TV personality, model and activist.

Early Accomplishments

Before starting her acting career, she worked as a model. In 1987, Berkley was offered her first role. It was the film Frog. 

Best Known For

When the young lady was 17, she was invited to the family-friendly television show Saved by the Bell. Elizabeth played Jesse Spano there from 1989 to 1992. Later she had a starring role in the film Showgirls- she was as exotic dancer Nomi Malone.

The actress was also seen in Moving Malcolm and CSI: Miami.

Sexual Orientation

Elizabeth Berkley is straight. In 2000 she started dating the nephew of a world-famous fashion designer Ralph Lauren, Greg Lauren, after they met at a dance class. In the fall of 2003, they tied the knot and had a gorgeous wedding ceremony in Cabo San Lucas. Nine years later the couple welcomed their son.

Family

Elizabeth’s parents are Fred and Jere Berkley. The father of the actress was a lawyer and her mother was a gift-basket business owner.

Elizabeth also has an older brother. His name is Jason. 

In July 2012, Berkley gave birth to a boy, named Sky Cole.

Religion

The actress is Jewish, the same as her whole family.

Elizabeth Berkley is known to be a big animal rights activist.  She doesn’t eat meat and was named the Sexiest Vegetarian of the Year more than once.

Berkley was born with eyes of different colors: one eye is half green and half brown, and the other eye is green.
