While studying at the Northwestern University, he made his screen debut in a short film titled Handbook to Casual Stalking (2003). In 2005, he appeared in an episode of Law and Order before making his feature film debut in 2006 in the Gotham Independent Film Award nominated flick, The Last Winter.
Best Known For
Arguably his most famous role on TV, Zach played Matt Saracen on Friday Night Lights (2006-11) but other TV roles include recurring ones on Good Girls and This Close (both 2018 – date) and a regular on L.A.’s Finest (2019).
Some of his famous big screen works include Dare (2009) and The Purge: Anarchy (2014).
