Kurt Cobain

Kurt Cobain was an American rock-singer, songwriter and a member of famous and extravagant Nirvana.

He played the drums at school and even did not want to become a singer. “I never wanted to sing. I just wanted to play rhythm guitar...” – Kurt said.

In 1986, he created the legendary Nirvana and worked as guitar and vocals in their trio. They became the favorites of millions but released only 3 studio albums.

Cobain wrote soundtracks for “The Big Short” and “Jerry Maguire”.

“Smells Like Teen Spirit” and “Sliver” are their most recognizable songs.

Kurt’s religion is undefined. “The Christian Post” (26.09.2011) published some ideas about his spirituals. Despite the fact that the man became a born-again Christian as a teenager (according to his biography written by C. R. Cross), his lyrics, lifestyle and actions concerning the church suggest, that Kurt was not religious. For instance, The Rolling Stone Magazine mentioned in 1992 that the star drew on the church walls “ABORT CHRIST”.

He was straight. In 1992, he tied the knot with Courtney Love and they delivered a daughter - Frances.

The couple played guitar together. However, “There won’t be a “Kurt and Courtney”” if the couple would ever decide to do music, he pointed.

In 1994, he was found dead. It was suicide by gunshot.

The man announced at school that he would be a rich superstar musician.

He is against homophobes, racists and sexists. “If any of you in any way hate homosexuals, people of a different color, or women, please...Don’t come to our shows and don’t buy our records.” – Kurt asked.
