Elsa Pataky is a prominent name from the Spanish contingent to have made it in America as a gorgeous model and skillful actress. She is also a film producer.

Early Accomplishments

She began to take acting lessons while studying for her journalism degree in a college in Spain and in 1997, made her debut in a short film titled Solo en la buhardilla.

She soon had to leave school after starring in the series, Al salir de clase (1997-98) as Raquel, and starring in 192 episodes of it made her incredibly famous.

Best Known For

She has appeared in various magazines but is actually most famous for her role as Elena in the 5th-8th installments of The Fast and the Furious movie franchise.

Other popular works of hers include Snakes on a Plane (2006), 12 Strong and Netflix’s Tidelands (both 2018).

Elsa is straight. She and Chris Hemsworth have been married since December of 2010, after meeting early that year and getting engaged for 5 months.

She is the daughter of Cristina Medianu Pataky and José Francisco Lafuente but adopted her mother’s maiden name for her career.

She and Chris are parents of 3; twin boys Sasha and Tristan (born 2014) and daughter India Rose (born 2012). 

Religion

Although she has not shown anything to make us believe that she is religious, the rumor everywhere is that she is Catholic, seeing as she grew up in Madrid.
