Asides his global fame as the 42nd President of the United States, he was twice governor of Arkansas (1979-81 & 1983-92) right after he was attorney general of Arkansas from 1977 to 1979.
He has since the end of his illustrious tenure, become an author, public speaker and humanitarian around the world.
