Ashley Benson

Ashley Benson is a child model who has grown into an award-winning film and television actress.

Early Accomplishments

As early as 3 years, Ashley had learned to dance hip hop, ballet, jazz and tap competitively and even sang a solo in her church choir as a 4 year old.

Already a Ford model at just age 8, she featured in several print campaigns but soon became interested in acting and began with small roles in 3 different TV series in 2002.

Best Known For

She is quite famous for her main role as Hanna in Pretty Little Liars from 2010 to 2017 and as Mia in Eastwick from 2009 to 2010 but has also made significant appearances in films like Bring It On: In It to Win It (2007), Spring Breakers (2012) and the TV film, Christmas Cupid (2010).

Sexual Orientation

Ashley was thought to be straight but her highly publicized relationship with Cara Delevingne since 2018 has put her sexuality down as bisexual.

She has however dated Ryan Good for 6 years since 2011 and Justin Thorne for 4 years from 2006 but is rumored to have dated others such as Chord Overstreet and Taylor Lautner.

Family

She and her sister, Shaylene (who is only older by a year) are the daughters of Jeff and Shannon Benson.

Religion

Ashley is a big believer in Christ and regularly expresses her Christian views on her social media. As a baby, she required surgery on her heart but after her parents prayed, the hole closed without surgery and she has not needed a surgery all her life. She considers her life a miracle.

Worth To Know

For the cheerleading stunts required in the 2007 Bring It On film, she had to overcome her acrophobia.

She became ambassador of eveningwear line, Faviana in 2013.
