Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger is a fashion entrepreneur and philanthropist. She has transitioned from modeling to designing and financing commodities brokerage.

Early Accomplishments

After being discovered by a renowned photographer and talent manager in her teenage years, Dee began to model in high school but on her father’s insistence, dropped it for college.

She had a spell on Wall Street, broking commodities after school before she eventually got married. 

Best Known For

Asides being known as Mrs. Hilfiger, she serves as creator and lead designer of her Dee Ocleppo luxury accessory line of handbags which she has since 2017 partnered with Judith Leiber’s line to become one of the biggest handbag labels in the industry.

She is also recognized for her philanthropic efforts towards autism and breast cancer research.

Dee is straight and has since 2008 been married to major designer and fashion tycoon, Tommy Hilfiger after dating for 3 years. She was previously married to Gianni Ocleppo before their divorce in 2003.

During the early 90s, she dated English popstar, Mick Hucknall.

Born as Deniz Caroline Erbuğ, she is the daughter of a Turkish radiologist and a British microbiologist who met while they came to America to study.

With Gianni, she has 2 sons; pro tennis player, Julian and his big brother, Alex. She has another son with Tommy, born in 2009 and named Sebastian.
