Thom Evans was an international Scottish rugby player before he was forced to give up his passion at an early age.
Early Accomplishments
Born in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, he had his education at England and began to play rugby early on. He played for England at youth levels (U-16, U-17 & U-21) before committing to Scotland at senior level.
He was part of a band, Twen2y4Se7en in his teenage years and even supported acts like Westlife and McFly in 2004.
Best Known For
He joined Glasgow Warriors in 2006 and scored 110 points from 60 games. For Scotland, he has had 5 points from 10 games.
Following medical advice, he quit playing after a serious neck injury suffered during a 6 Nations game against Wales in 2010.

Thom is straight and is last known relationship was in 2013 when he allegedly dated Caggie Dunlop, who went ahead to date fellow rugby player, Danny Cipriani. Thom also dated Kelly Brook in 2010 after her split from Cipriani, to 2013 right before hooking up with Cipriani again. Thom also briefly Jessica Lowndes right after he split from Brook.
Family
He is the older son of Sally and former golfing pro, Brian Evans. He is the brother of fellow rugby player, Max Evans and has a Chris Evans (not to be confused with the famous American actor), who is a radio DJ, as a cousin.

He contested for top prize on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014. He and his Lithuanian pro dancing partner were eliminated in the 5th week.
After his early retirement, he pursued a career in athletics in 2012 but soon gave it up and pursued acting instead.
During the treatment for his injury in 2010, an x-ray showed that one of the discs in his spine was less than a quarter inch away from rendering him paralysed.
