Vanessa Marcil is an experienced award-winning television actress whose talents have seen her start a kids clothing line.

Early Accomplishments

As early as 8 years old, Vanessa had begun to act and even sang a song she wrote at a talent show (and even won it!) in the 6th grade. 

She starred in various stage plays while in high school with the Circle Theatre Acting Company. 

She studied law at the College Of The Desert before landing an acting debut in 1992 on the soap, General Hospital.

Best Known For

From 1992 to 1998, she starred in a main role in General Hospital and revised the role in 2002, 2010 and in a guest starred in 2013. 

She also starred in seasons 9 & 10 of Beverly Hill, 90210 from 1998 to 2000 and in 106 episodes of Las Vegas between 2003 and 2008.

Sexual Orientation

Vanessa is straight. Corey Feldman was her husband for 4 years from 1989 and was also married to Carmine Giovinazzo between 2010 and 2013. She revealed in 2014 that she and a sheriff known simply as MC were engaged. 

Other men she has dated include Brian Austin Green from 1999 to 2003, Jeremy Piven and Antonio Sabato Jr. 

Family

Born as Sally Vanessa Ortiz, she is the littlest of the 4 children of Peter Ortiz and Patricia Marcil. Her brother is Sam and her sisters are Tina and Sherry. She became a mother in 2000 to a son, Kassius with Brian Austin Green as his father.

Vanessa is a Christian under the Roman Catholic denomination.

Her clothing line is called Kass for Africa (named after her son) and proceeds from its product sale goes into charity for African mothers and kids.
