Who is Stephen Baldwin?

Stephen Baldwin is the littlest of the thespian band of Baldwin brothers. He is an actor, filmmaker and author.

Early Accomplishments

During his teenage years, Stephen was a remarkable athlete, competing in his brother’s choice of sports, varsity wrestling. He later modeled for Calvin Klein in his late teen years. 

He studied drama at the esteemed American Academy of Dramatic Arts but had to wait until he was 21 to make his debut on-screen feature in one episode of American Playhouse in 1987.

Best Known For

He is perhaps most famous for starring in 67 episodes of TV series The Young Riders from 1989-92 and in the films The Usual Suspects in 1995, Bio-Dome in 1996 and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas in 2000. 

He featured in Celebrity Big Brother 7 in 2010 and Celebrity Apprentice in 2013.

Sexual Orientation

Stephen is straight. In 1987, he met Kennya Deodato, who is the child of a Brazilian musician, on a subway train and they fell in love. The pair got wedded in 1990 and have been living happily together ever since.

Family

He is the littlest of the children of Alexander Rae Jr. and Carol Baldwin with his siblings being Beth (Keuchler), Alec, Daniel, William and Jane (Susso). 

His marriage to Kennya has produced 2 daughters who are Alaia, born in 1993 and Hailey (Justin Bieber's wife), born in 1996.

Religion 

Stephen was born and raised in a Catholic family but became non-religious in his youth. Just after the 9/11 attack, he became a born-again Christian. 

Worth To Know

He authored The Unusual Suspect in 2006, in which he talked about his life growing up, his drug abuse and finding his faith.

In July 2009, he claimed he owed $2.3 million and filed for bankruptcy.
