Shana Muldoon

Shana Muldoon is an American author, illustrator and designer of children’s books. She is also an occasional actress.

Early Accomplishments

Much of her childhood and upbringing is unknown to the general public but her interest in and passion for visual artistry comes from her parents who were habitually engaged in painting, writing and music.

Best Known For

She is most famous as the creator of Disney’s book series, Star Darlings of which she has written more than 20 of. 

The most popular of these are Sage and the Journey to Wishworld and Libby and the Class Election, both published in 2015.

As far as her Hollywood career is concerned, she did appear in 2 episodes of Malibu Shores in 1996.

Shana is straight and has been married to one of Frank Zappa’s heirs, Ahmet Zappa since 2010.

It appears she has lived under the radar of the media as dating history is limited to her current partner.

Shana and her elder brother actor Patrick Muldoon are children of William Patrick II and Deanna M. Muldoon (neé Petrov).
