Tom Jones is an outstanding Welsh singer famed as a musical coach on the famous talent show, The Voice UK. 

Early Accomplishments

His career kicked off in 1965 as he released the album Along Came Jones. Not slowing down, he went ahead to release 2 more albums in the same year. 

Best Known For

Tom has attained one of the most recognition of his career through his 1968 album titled Delilah. This album was extremely successful as it topped the charts in the UK, Finland and Norway. 

He has also done a bit of acting as he was featured in Under Milk Wood as the Captain Cat character.

Tom is straight. Over the years, he has been romantically involved with various American celebrities among who include Missy Laws, Mary Wilson, Marjorie Wallace, Cassandra Peterson, Mamie Van Doren and Pamela Des Barres. 

Family

The late Melinda Rose was his wife. Before her death, Thomas and Melinda were married for a whopping 59 years. They have a son named Mark. As a result of his encounter with Katherine Berkery, he has a son named Jonathan. 

Religion

Right from his childhood, Tom has been exposed to Christianity under the Presbyterian denomination. Over the years, he still remains very dedicated to his childhood faith. He strongly believes in the power of prayer as he endeavors to pray at least twice a day.

As a child, he suffered from tuberculosis. This eventually turned out to be a blessing for him as it led him away from a career as a miner into music.
